Mandatory inspections
Verity BC undertakes mandatory building inspections throughout the construction process in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Building Regulations and the approved building permit documentation.
Our inspections are conducted at the prescribed stages of construction to assess whether the building work is being carried out in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and relevant regulatory requirements. Where issues are identified, we provide clear direction regarding the matters requiring attention before construction progresses.
Our objective is to provide ongoing statutory oversight throughout construction and ensure that critical stages of building work are appropriately inspected and documented.
