Building notice resolution
Verity BC assists property owners who have received a Building Notice or Building Order from the local council in relation to unauthorised or non-compliant building work.
We undertake a comprehensive inspection of the property and provide practical consultation to identify the requirements necessary to address the enforcement matter. Where required, we provide design and compliance advice to facilitate the rectification or documentation of the building work and prepare the necessary certification and supporting documentation for submission to council.
Our objective is to provide owners with a clear understanding of the issues identified, guide them through the resolution process and assist in satisfying the relevant requirements to support the withdrawal or cancellation of the enforcement action.
