Our director

Verity Building Consultants Pty Ltd was established by sole director Stefan Simovic, a building surveying professional with extensive experience across the building and construction industry and a background in architectural building design.

Throughout his career, Stefan has worked across a diverse range of projects, from smaller residential works including retaining walls, fences and decks, through to greenfield and volume developments, multi-unit projects of more than 100 units and high-value architectural homes. His experience extends to complex building designs, including basement developments and architecturally ambitious projects requiring detailed consideration of regulatory and construction requirements. This breadth of experience has provided Stefan with a strong understanding of the many challenges faced by owners and project teams throughout the design, approval and construction process.

Stefan is committed to making the building process easier to understand by providing clear, practical and considered advice. He believes successful projects are built on collaboration, communication and a shared understanding of what is required.
